• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, leading ROI and value initiatives, building and maintaining C-suite relationships, conducting analysis through surveys and interviews to frame business impact, orchestrating cross-functional programs, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling transformation best practices through frameworks and communications.
