- • Strategic Bid Manager responsible for leading end-to-end bid processes for municipal chemical contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and profitability in water and wastewater markets.
- • Day-to-day duties include managing the full lifecycle of bids, RFPs, RFQs, and renewals; developing bid schedules; preparing competitive bid packages with pricing and technical documentation; coordinating cross-functional inputs from Sales, Pricing, Technical, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance; monitoring municipal bidding trends; and maintaining accurate records in CRM and bidding systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- • 3–5+ years of experience managing bids, proposals, or contracts—preferably in municipal, water/wastewater, or industrial chemicals
- • Strong understanding of municipal procurement processes and public-sector bidding
- • Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM and bid management systems preferred
- • High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
