📋 Description

• • Strategic Customer Solutions Architect (EMEA) role focused on owning and driving success for Supabase's highest-potential enterprise accounts running mission-critical, highly scaled workloads on Postgres.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building trust-based relationships with senior technical and executive stakeholders, leading performance tuning and architectural reviews, guiding complex database migrations, advising on security and compliance (including RLS, SOC 2, HIPAA), supporting AI/vector workloads with pgvector, advocating for customer needs internally, and providing pre-sales technical support for high-complexity deals.
• • Supabase is a Postgres development platform providing a fully integrated backend suite (Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, Vector Search) built by developers for developers, with a global, remote-first team of 280+ members across 55+ countries and $500M in funding.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise-scale Postgres architecture, influence product direction through real-world customer feedback, develop executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, and gain hands-on experience with large-scale migrations, AI workloads, and global compliance frameworks while working with some of the most sophisticated technical teams in the industry.
