📋 Description

• Strategic Enterprise Account Executive role focused on opening and growing relationships with the largest, most strategic customers in the Majors-Media, Telco & Entertainment sectors for Matillion Limited.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include navigating large, complex organizations, working across architecture teams, buying committees, procurement, and departmental needs while maintaining a hunter mindset and prioritizing focused engagement over rapid acquisitions.
• Matillion is the intelligent data integration platform, known for building the Data Productivity Cloud and Maia—an AI-powered virtual data engineer that helps teams design, build, and manage data pipelines at unmatched speed.
• The role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth through strategic account management, deepen customer partnerships, and make a significant impact by fostering long-term, impactful collaborations with enterprise clients.
• As part of #TeamGreen, the individual will work in a mission-driven, collaborative environment where everyone pulls in the same direction to make a dent in the universe bigger than themselves.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategic enterprise sales with a focus on large, complex organizations
• Proven ability to navigate buying committees, procurement, and architecture teams
• Strong technical understanding of data integration or related platforms
• Executive influence and negotiation skills
• Hunter mindset with a focus on deepening customer partnerships over rapid acquisitions
• Experience selling into Media, Telco, or Entertainment industries (preferred)
