📋 Description

• The Strategic Feasibility Senior Manager plays a critical role in shaping the success of clinical trials by leading data-driven feasibility assessments that inform study design, site selection, and timelines. This position directly impacts the efficiency and viability of global drug development efforts, ensuring that trials are positioned for success from the outset through innovative, analytical, and collaborative approaches.
• The person will lead the feasibility process for proposals and bid defenses, developing clear, compelling content using diverse data sources to recommend optimal site and country mixes, timelines, and trial conduct factors. They will ensure customer service, quality, and timelines are met or exceeded for both internal and external stakeholders while building and maintaining collaborative relationships with Therapeutic Area Leads, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Medical Directors, Regulatory Experts, and other key partners.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include educating internal and external customers on data-driven feasibility principles, assisting in identifying new data sources and developing innovative analytical approaches or tools to enhance the feasibility process, and supporting the vision and leadership of the Feasibility team through strategic contributions in proposals and standalone projects.
• The role requires working at a fast pace with short timelines and minimal oversight, processing information dynamically, adapting to new inputs, and traveling approximately 20% domestically and internationally to support business needs. Strong organizational skills, persuasive written and verbal communication, and the ability to create compelling visualizations (charts, graphics) are essential for success.
• The individual will collaborate cross-functionally in pre- and post-award settings, negotiate effectively, influence stakeholders across group sizes, and apply creative problem-solving to complex feasibility challenges. They will leverage 7+ years of transferable experience in industry, healthcare, or data-driven feasibility (with at least 2 years in a CRO, preferably feasibility) and a background in medicine, science, or a related discipline with international clinical drug development exposure across multiple therapeutic areas.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of transferable experience in industry, healthcare, or data-driven feasibility, with at least 2 years in a CRO, preferably in feasibility
• Background in medicine, science, or a relevant discipline with substantial international experience in clinical drug development across a broad range of therapeutic areas
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, including persuasive writing and data visualization ability
