📋 Description

• • As the Strategic Finance Lead at Ambience Healthcare, you will own and scale the company's financial forecasting, planning, and reporting infrastructure, serving as a critical partner to GTM, Product, and Executive leadership in driving high-confidence decision-making.
• • You will build and maintain the 2-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast, lead annual planning end-to-end, establish monthly reporting cadences, prepare board-ready financial materials, and develop revenue forecasting engines tied to sales capacity and pipeline dynamics.
• • Ambience Healthcare is building an AI intelligence platform that reduces administrative burden for clinicians, improves care delivery, and drives ROI for health systems, backed by top-tier investors including a16z, OpenAI Startup Fund, and Kleiner Perkins, and recognized for innovation in healthcare AI.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS finance, cross-functional leadership, and strategic financial storytelling while gaining visibility into high-growth operations and contributing directly to the company’s scaling trajectory.
