đź“‹ Description
- • As Strategic Finance, Senior Manager at Imprint Technologies Inc., you will serve as a critical finance operations owner and strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams, directly enabling data-driven decision-making across Risk, Growth, Data, and other key functions in a fast-growing FinTech company redefining co-branded credit products.
- • You will translate complex business priorities into robust financial frameworks, surface early performance signals, and deliver clarity to leadership so they can make high-conviction strategic decisions that scale Imprint’s innovative credit card platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning recurring financial processes such as monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis; building and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic decisions and ROI analysis; acting as a strategic thought partner on business planning, investment decisions, and performance tracking; independently analyzing financial and operational data to surface actionable insights and recommendations; partnering with teams to evaluate ROI on growth initiatives, product investments, and operational improvements; identifying opportunities to automate processes and increase team autonomy; supporting ad hoc strategic projects and business case development; and translating financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
- • Imprint is a venture-backed FinTech innovator backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, partnering with major brands like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Brooks Brothers to launch modern, brand-first credit programs that deepen loyalty and drive growth—offering a mission-driven environment where your financial expertise directly impacts product strategy and customer experience.
- • The finance team operates at the intersection of payments technology, intelligent underwriting, and seamless UX, giving you exposure to cutting-edge financial infrastructure and the chance to shape how brands offer powerful financial products without becoming a bank.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in co-branded credit economics, advanced financial modeling for consumer finance products, and cross-functional strategic partnership—building credibility as a trusted finance advisor while gaining visibility into high-impact business decisions that influence company direction and investor confidence.
- • You will have the opportunity to lead process automation initiatives, reduce manual work, and increase team efficiency, directly contributing to scalability as Imprint expands its partner network and transaction volume, while mentoring junior finance talent and establishing best practices in financial rigor and insight generation.
🎯 Requirements

- • Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI analysis using Excel and/or similar tools
- • Strong SQL or data querying skills to independently extract and analyze financial and operational data from databases
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
- • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Risk, Growth, Data, Product) on strategic initiatives and business planning
