- • The Strategic Financial Systems Manager at Bloomreach Inc. owns and evolves the complete finance suite of applications, including NetSuite, Concur, Zone Advanced Billing, and Tesorio, with a focus on revenue recognition and robust integrations across systems. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT within the IT organization, ensuring core financial systems are reliable, well-governed, scalable, and user-friendly.
- • Day to day, the person will act as the primary owner for NetSuite and Concur, define and maintain a multi-year roadmap, lead end-to-end delivery of financial system projects, partner with cross-functional teams to design and optimize finance processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, T&E), oversee integrations and data consistency, ensure SOX-compliant controls, serve as tier‑2/3 escalation point for system issues, and develop training and enablement resources for Finance, Accounting, and business users.

- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve deep expertise in enterprise financial systems at scale, drive strategic initiatives that impact revenue recognition and financial reporting, gain exposure to high-growth SaaS environments, develop leadership in cross-functional project execution, and grow into a trusted advisor for Finance, IT, and Accounting leadership while contributing to Bloomreach’s mission of transforming commerce experiences through AI-driven personalization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-10+ years of experience in financial systems, business systems, or finance operations, with significant ownership of NetSuite
- • Deep hands-on expertise with NetSuite (administration, configuration, workflows, saved searches, reporting, roles/permissions, integrations and ARM)
- • Strong working experience with Salesforce CPQ including configuration, policies, and integrations to NetSuite
- • Strong working experience with Concur (Expense and/or Travel) including configuration, policies, and integrations to ERP and card providers
- • Proven track record acting as a product owner / platform owner for enterprise financial applications
- • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and major system enhancements in a high-growth or multi-entity environment
- • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and T&E processes
- • Experience implementing and operating controls in a SOX or audit-driven environment (segregation of duties, access models, change controls)
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system designs
- • Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with executives, Finance, IT, and end users across time zones
