This pivotal role serves as a junior sales overlay and program management function, directly supporting senior growth executives in the meticulous execution of strategic sales initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Growth, you will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams, playing a critical part in driving Mission Cloud's strategic growth program. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-impact partnerships and key accounts, with a particular focus on the lucrative Private Equity channel. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategies and fostering robust client and partner relationships.
- • As a Strategic Growth Associate, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities designed to fuel our expansion and enhance our market presence. You will be at the forefront of executing GTM (Go-To-Market) outreach and prospecting efforts, diligently identifying and qualifying new sales and partnership opportunities. This involves a deep dive into market dynamics, where you will conduct comprehensive market and competitive research utilizing sophisticated tools like Pitchbook, translating complex data into strategic insights that inform our decision-making processes. Maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce CRM data will be a core function, ensuring the utmost accuracy in tracking opportunities, partnerships, and all customer interactions. This meticulous data management is crucial for providing clear visibility into our sales pipeline and partnership effectiveness.
- • Effective communication is paramount in this role. You will own and manage communication channels with key customer and partner stakeholders, ensuring proactive engagement, timely follow-up, and the cultivation of strong, lasting relationships. A significant aspect of your role will involve preparing executive-level and operational reports that track key program KPIs. These reports will cover critical metrics such as pipeline performance, partnership status, and the progress of various growth initiatives, providing essential intelligence to leadership. You will also provide direct support to Senior Growth Executives with a range of sales-related activities, including meticulous meeting preparation, crafting compelling proposal support materials, and rigorous opportunity qualification.
- • Furthermore, you will act as a central coordinator, orchestrating cross-functional activities between our sales, customer success, marketing, and delivery teams. This collaborative effort is essential to seamlessly support our strategic growth initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization. Developing and maintaining comprehensive program documentation, including playbooks and best practices, will be vital for standardizing our processes and ensuring scalability. You will also support the preparation and delivery of impactful presentations that showcase Mission Cloud's service offerings and unique competencies to potential clients and partners. Finally, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing partnership performance metrics, identifying key trends and areas for improvement to optimize our partnership strategies and maximize mutual success.
