  • • We are seeking a highly versatile and impactful Strategic Growth Manager to spearhead our efforts in the dynamic Korean market. This role is designed for a proactive operator who thrives in a multifaceted environment, unconstrained by traditional silos. You will be empowered to drive impact across the entire commercial spectrum, adapting your focus to where it yields the greatest results.
  • • As a fast-scaling startup, your responsibilities will be fluid and strategic. In one quarter, you might lead a critical market expansion initiative into a new territory, meticulously planning and executing the launch. The next, you could find yourself deeply involved in auditing our technical integration processes to identify and implement efficiencies, or architecting a global partnership strategy with our most significant existing partners, ensuring continued mutual growth and value.
  • • This position is ideal for a "builder" who possesses a deep understanding of the AdTech mechanics and is driven by a passion for continuous process improvement. You will not merely follow established procedures; you will be instrumental in defining and refining the pathways that enable our rapid scaling.
  • • Your core mission will be to drive revenue growth across all avenues. This includes proactively hunting for new business opportunities (new logos), strategically expanding our presence into untapped regions within the Korean market, and deepening relationships to grow revenue from existing accounts. You will own the outcomes of these initiatives, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role involves becoming a product expert. You will need to grasp the technical intricacies and the "why" behind our AdTech solutions. This will involve engaging in sophisticated discussions with publishers, delving into details such as SDKs, APIs, and complex monetization data, and translating these technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • • You will be empowered and expected to identify and rectify process bottlenecks. Whether it pertains to client onboarding, data tracking, or internal workflows, you will not wait for directives. Instead, you will proactively design and implement superior solutions, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence and efficiency.
  • • Serving as the primary voice of the Korean market, you will be on the front lines, gathering invaluable raw feedback from users, partners, and the market landscape. This intelligence will be critical in shaping the future direction of our product development and engineering efforts, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  • • Success in this role requires a "high motor" – an individual comfortable with the inherent intensity and pace of a startup environment. You will embrace moving quickly and taking "extreme ownership" over tasks, prioritizing impact and progress over a rigid 9-to-5 schedule.
  • • A strong "technical curiosity" is essential. While not requiring a developer background, you should possess an innate desire to understand how things function. You must be adept at discussing key performance indicators such as Lifetime Value ($LTV$), Return on Ad Spend ($ROAS$), and attribution models without hesitation.
  • • "Versatility" is paramount. You must demonstrate the ability to pivot seamlessly between different types of tasks and challenges. This includes being equally comfortable pitching to C-level executives as you are analyzing integration logs or meticulously examining data within a CRM system.
  • • The "founder" mentality is highly valued. We seek individuals who have a proven track record of building something impactful – be it a personal project, a team, or a critical process. You should relish the "0 to 1" phase of development, where ambiguity and messiness are inherent, and innovation thrives.
  • • Strong "sales instincts" are a must. You should possess the ability to open doors effectively, demonstrate confidence in cold outreach, and navigate challenging negotiations with large publishers, securing favorable outcomes for Almedia.
