- • Strategic Implementation Consultant role focused on leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Lightspeed’s POS and SaaS solutions for high-value hospitality clients in the Benelux region, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term success through white-glove service and technical expertise.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing go-lives, delivering on-site training, providing proactive client follow-ups, maintaining detailed implementation documentation, and acting as a trusted product and technical advisor while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve escalations and keep clients engaged and transactional.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in B2B, client-facing roles with a proven track record of managing complex implementations
- • Background in hospitality, retail, or related industries with understanding of client needs in these sectors
- • Proven project management experience including planning, coordination, and execution of go-lives and training initiatives
- • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written); French language skills are considered a plus
- • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and internal stakeholders
