- • The Strategic Operations Associate is a core member of Thatch’s commercial engine, responsible for enabling disciplined, data-driven execution of complex employer deals by operating at the intersection of pricing, deal structure, and cross-functional coordination to ensure every deal entering review is complete, accurate, and decision-ready.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with Sales and Solutions teams as an internal advisor on pricing, quoting, and deal strategy; preparing and validating employer, census, and contribution data; developing pricing scenarios and conducting financial modeling; translating complex analyses into clear recommendations; supporting deal reviews and approvals; ensuring accuracy and consistency across pricing outputs; assessing deal structures for non-standard terms; and contributing to the refinement of pricing guardrails, approval frameworks, and repeatable deal execution standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, revenue operations, or a related analytical role supporting commercial decision-making
- • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with ability to work through complex, multi-variable datasets and ambiguous inputs
- • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy with experience preparing analysis that informs high-stakes decisions
- • Experience translating complex quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, concise recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
- • Comfort partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- • Familiarity with pricing, financial modeling, deal analysis, or revenue-related workflows is a strong plus
