📋 Description
- • Strategic Operations role in the Founder’s Office at Rerun Technologies Inc., focused on turning market demand into business outcomes through high-leverage, end-to-end problem solving in a fast-growing Physical AI company.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with founders to set and execute priorities, managing sales operations and founder-led sales support, driving business operations via budgeting and forecasting, maintaining investor relations, and conducting market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- • The team is a remote-first, globally distributed group headquartered in Stockholm, with members across European and US-east timezones, valuing agency, technical fluency, and ownership of outcomes.
- • This role offers the opportunity to build scalable systems from scratch, directly impact company growth, work closely with founders, and develop end-to-end ownership of GTM, operations, and strategy in a high-impact, ambiguous environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced, high-impact environments such as early-stage startups in GTM, Sales Ops, growth, or BizOps roles
- • Bias for action — preference for shipping and iterating over waiting for perfect plans
- • Comfort with ambiguity — ability to scope vague problems and drive them to completion independently
- • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — capable of writing investor updates and managing sales contracts in the same day
- • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and Physical AI customers; engineering or technical background is a strong plus
