- • Own the end-to-end strategy for Snappy’s channel revenue engine, translating our ambitious growth goals into a concrete, data-backed roadmap that scales from today’s partnerships to a seven-figure annual recurring revenue stream.
- • Hunt, qualify, and close new strategic partners across HR consulting firms, corporate concierge services, loyalty & rewards platforms, event-planning agencies, office-procurement vendors, and adjacent B2B ecosystems—turning warm intros and cold outreach into signed, high-impact agreements.
- • Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of existing channel partners; schedule quarterly business reviews, deliver tailored enablement sessions, and co-create joint go-to-market plans that keep partners engaged, loyal, and growing 30%+ year over year.
- • Build a repeatable partner enablement machine: design certification curricula, battle cards, demo scripts, co-branded collateral, and incentive structures that make it effortless for external sellers to pitch Snappy and close deals faster.
- • Collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to align channel priorities with enterprise and mid-market motions, ensuring every new feature launch, campaign, or pricing change is partner-ready and revenue-accretive.
- • Architect and maintain a transparent performance dashboard inside Salesforce/HubSpot that tracks pipeline sourced, influenced revenue, partner-sourced win rates, and time-to-close—then socialize insights that drive continuous optimization.
- • Experiment with creative co-marketing plays (webinars, virtual gift lounges, executive roundtables, podcast sponsorships) that elevate Snappy’s brand while generating qualified partner pipeline.
- • Serve as the voice of the partner back into Snappy—aggregating feedback on product gaps, pricing sensitivity, and competitive threats—so our roadmap stays laser-focused on what will unlock the next wave of channel growth.
- • Keep a pulse on macro trends (hybrid-work policies, employee-experience budgets, gifting compliance regulations) and competitor moves, turning market intelligence into proactive strategy shifts that keep Snappy ahead of the curve.
- • Mentor junior BD reps and cross-functional teammates on partnership best practices, fostering a culture of curiosity, data-driven decision-making, and GIVE values (Growth, Integrity, Verve, Excellence) across the Go-To-Market organization.
- • Travel up to 25% (post-pandemic) for partner summits, industry conferences, and on-site business reviews—building the in-person rapport that accelerates trust and deal velocity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years owning channel partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in B2B SaaS, HR tech, corporate gifting, or related high-growth markets with proven seven-figure revenue responsibility.
- • Demonstrated history of taking an early-stage channel program from concept to predictable, scalable revenue; must be comfortable setting KPIs, forecasting, and hitting or exceeding quota.
- • Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities, operate autonomously, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-expectation startup environment.
- • Exceptional interpersonal and executive-level communication skills—equally persuasive in a Zoom demo, a boardroom presentation, or a Slack thread.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
