- • Own the end-to-end partner strategy for Quantinuum’s most strategic technology alliances—cloud hyperscalers, global systems integrators, HPC vendors, and Tier-1 research institutions—translating quantum science into joint revenue streams that exceed $10M+ annually.
- • Architect multi-year business plans with each partner that map Quantinuum’s trapped-ion quantum hardware, HaaS cloud access, and R&D breakthroughs to the partner’s go-to-market motions, creating differentiated joint value propositions for enterprise, government, and academic buyers.
- • Design and execute co-selling motions that embed Quantinuum solutions inside partner marketplaces, field playbooks, and customer success programs; coordinate global sales teams to deliver 3× pipeline growth and 2× win-rate improvements within the first 12 months.
- • Lead quarterly executive business reviews with partner CTOs, Chief Scientists, and Partner VPs to secure roadmap alignment, unblock technical dependencies, and renew or expand strategic agreements; maintain a C-suite trust scorecard measured by NPS ≥ 80 and renewal rates ≥ 95 %.
- • Drive joint marketing campaigns—technical webinars, white-papers, hackathons, and conference keynotes—that position Quantinuum and its partners as the de-facto stack for quantum-accelerated workloads in chemistry, optimization, and machine learning.
- • Co-create integrated reference architectures and proof-of-concepts with partner engineering teams, ensuring Quantinuum’s quantum processors, TKET compiler, and cybersecurity SDKs are optimized for the partner’s cloud, HPC, or hybrid environments.
- • Identify whitespace opportunities across federal (DOE, DARPA, NSF), Fortune 500 R&D budgets, and global academic consortia; develop tailored funding strategies that leverage partner grants, joint investment funds, and co-marketing dollars to de-risk customer adoption.
- • Serve as the single point of accountability for partner-influenced ARR and consumption revenue; maintain real-time dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, and PowerBI to forecast bookings, track KPIs, and report to Quantinuum’s Board and investors.
- • Represent Quantinuum at IEEE Quantum, SC, GTC, AWS re:Invent, and partner advisory boards, evangelizing joint quantum roadmaps and recruiting lighthouse customers into early-access programs.
- • Champion a culture of cross-functional collaboration by aligning product management, quantum scientists, field sales, and marketing around shared OKRs, ensuring every partner initiative ladders up to corporate revenue and technical milestones.
- • Continuously refine the partner program framework—tiering criteria, enablement assets, incentive structures, and legal templates—to scale from a handful of strategic alliances to a global ecosystem of 50+ technology partners over the next three years.
