  • • Your core responsibilities will involve leading and meticulously managing strategic and cross-functional projects from their inception to their final implementation. This includes supporting the development and seamless execution of crucial retention and customer growth initiatives. You will be tasked with conducting in-depth market research, competitive landscape analysis, and customer behavior studies to pinpoint emerging opportunities and provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve performing rigorous analytical deep dives into key business metrics. Your objective will be to uncover the underlying drivers of performance, identify trends, and extract actionable insights that guide strategic adjustments and operational improvements. To support this, you will build and maintain sophisticated business models, primarily using Google Sheets or Excel, to accurately forecast financial performance and evaluate the potential impact of various strategic initiatives.
  • • You will also be responsible for managing regular business reporting and developing comprehensive dashboards. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and familiarity with Tableau (which is teachable) will be essential for presenting key performance indicators and trends clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will actively support sales and retail partnership activities. This support may include assisting with outreach efforts, creating compelling sales materials, and managing the execution of marketing campaigns designed to expand the brand's retail presence.
  • • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of this role. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless alignment on project goals and objectives. Your ability to foster strong working relationships and facilitate effective communication will be critical for the timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • • You will contribute significantly to the development of business cases for new projects and strategic directions, providing the analytical foundation for investment decisions. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, project management, or management consulting, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience handling large and complex data sets.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with Tableau is a plus (and teachable).
  • • Proven ability to manage and execute complex cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
