📋 Description
- • As the Strategic Projects Lead, Coding at Handshake Technologies, you will run multi-week to multi-month coding data initiatives for leading AI and platform teams, coordinating hundreds to thousands of highly skilled SWE Fellows and owning technical evaluation and annotation workflows to ensure delivery, margins, quality, and customer relationships.
- • Day to day, you will design and run technical screens (take-homes, unit-test driven tasks, live coding), create rubrics and audit processes for code annotations, build scripts and infrastructure (Python/TypeScript/SQL) to automate QA and automate reporting while adapting workflows to meet deadlines and maintain production quality.

- • In this role, you will learn to bridge ML/product/engineering and operations, gain hands-on experience with code and metrics, develop expertise in scaling human data programs for AI training, and position yourself for leadership in operations or client strategy within a high-growth, AI-focused environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in technical or analytical roles such as software engineering, data, analytics, or technical product
- • Strong coding skills (Python, TypeScript/Node, Java or equivalent) and practical experience with unit tests, CI, version control, and basic infra
- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with technical teams and customers while juggling multiple high priority projects
