We offer a comprehensive and expanding suite of products, ranging from fully-digital embedded renters coverage to high-value homeowners insurance and sophisticated commercial coverages like cyber liability and habitational property. These solutions are delivered through a diverse network of agents, brokers, wholesalers, and other brand partners.
- • We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, with a dedicated team committed to rapid resolutions. Our advanced technology platform streamlines the entire policy lifecycle, simplifying the insurance experience for our partners and their clients.
- • This Strategic Relationship Manager role reports directly to the Head of Innovation & Growth, with a primary focus on cultivating new business opportunities, expanding MSI’s footprint in the multifamily sector, and meticulously managing key partner relationships.
- • The core responsibilities include developing new distribution partnerships, deepening engagement with both new and existing relationships, and providing a premium, advisory-level experience to all stakeholders.

- • Cultivate and build strong executive-level relationships within target organizations, understanding their strategic objectives and pain points.
- • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment through to contract negotiation and successful program launch.
- • Develop and articulate compelling, tailored value propositions that directly align with the unique business models and strategic goals of each potential partner.
- • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Underwriting, and Operations, to structure scalable and mutually beneficial insurance programs.
- • Organic Growth & Expansion:
- • Actively manage and nurture existing strategic partnerships to foster deeper collaboration and identify opportunities for expansion.
- • Proactively seek and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling additional MSI products to existing partners, broadening their engagement with our offerings.
- • Drive expansion into new geographic territories or market segments within the multifamily space.
- • Focus on increasing product adoption rates within contracted partner portfolios, ensuring maximum value realization.
- • Identify and execute strategies for migrating legacy insurance programs to more advanced and efficient MSI solutions.
- • Employ effective land-and-expand strategies to drive significant revenue growth within established accounts.
- • Continuously monitor key performance metrics and proactively address any adoption gaps or challenges to ensure sustained success.
- • Cross-Functional Leadership:
- • Serve as a key liaison, partnering effectively with Program Management, Client Success, Product Development, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, state enablement, and ongoing program success.
- • Actively support marketing initiatives, including contributing to go-to-market launch strategies and participating in co-branded marketing efforts.
- • Provide critical feedback loops to Program Management, Client Success, and Product teams, leveraging insights gained from field interactions and partner engagements.
