- ⢠The Strategic Reporting Consultant is a senior contributor role (Sr. Analyst II) in the reporting team that blends analytical skills, enterprise reporting experience, communication skills, and client-facing consulting to identify and implement reporting solutions that address the unique needs of clients and brokers in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include discussing reporting needs during new client implementations, leading projects to enhance reporting capabilities, assessing current reporting processes for improvements, collaborating with internal partners across Client Management, Client Analytics, Healthcare Management, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, IT, and Operations, providing system demonstrations of reporting tools, leading training and ongoing support for internal and external users, and creating and maintaining documentation for current and new reporting.
