- • As a Strategic Sales & Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in driving enterprise sales with employer accounts. This full-cycle sales role involves sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing complex deals, with a strong emphasis on building enduring partnerships that foster sustained revenue growth for Rula.
- • You will operate as a key revenue leader, responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline of employer opportunities, consistently maintaining a 3x pipeline coverage, and exceeding ambitious sales targets. Your role will involve developing strong executive relationships with potential clients, crafting compelling business cases that highlight Rula's value proposition, and identifying successful strategies to scale into repeatable sales playbooks.
- • Success in this position requires a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic work environment, coupled with a proven ability to consistently own and achieve sales quotas. You will need to skillfully navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and close high-impact partnerships.
- • Key responsibilities include:
- • Executing full-cycle enterprise sales processes for employer accounts, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- • Proactively sourcing new business opportunities and building a strong, consistent sales pipeline.

- • Negotiating contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- • Developing and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships with key employers.
- • Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers within client organizations.
- • Creating and delivering persuasive business cases and presentations that articulate Rula's unique value proposition.
- • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and success.
- • Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.
- • Developing and refining repeatable sales processes and playbooks to drive efficiency and scalability.
- • Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including pipeline management and forecasting.
- • Representing Rula Health at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- • Staying abreast of developments in the mental health and employee benefits space.
