• • Partner collaboratively with Sales and Success teams to deliver impactful technical presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition, capabilities, and integration potential of our products to both prospective and existing clients.
• • Take ownership of designing, developing, deploying, and meticulously managing customer-specific Proof of Value (PoV) projects, showcasing how Mango Technologies can solve their unique business challenges.
• • Craft bespoke, high-impact custom reports and dynamic dashboards tailored for prospective clients' management teams, providing clear visualizations of potential gains and operational improvements.
• • Provide expert assistance with the functional and technical aspects of Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring comprehensive and compelling responses that highlight our competitive advantages.
• • Proactively stay abreast of all new feature releases and product enhancements, maintaining and updating our comprehensive demo environments to ensure Sales teams are always equipped with the latest and most effective tools.
• • Leverage your deep understanding of agentic workflow automation and AI platforms to design and implement solutions that orchestrate tasks, enable multi-step decisioning, and facilitate cross-app integrations, driving scalable enterprise productivity for our clients.
• • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language, effectively influencing both technical and executive stakeholders towards adopting our solutions and achieving their desired business outcomes.
• • Engage in thorough business process mapping and diagramming exercises with clients, identifying opportunities for optimization and aligning our solutions with their strategic business objectives.
• • Utilize your expertise in consumption-based selling and value selling methodologies to demonstrate tangible ROI and drive customer success.
• • Contribute to the functional and technical elements of sales cycles, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
