- • Partner with Sales and Success teams to deliver technical presentations that explain ClickUp’s product suite, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities to prospective and existing enterprise clients.
- • Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific Proof of Value (PoV) projects tailored to demonstrate measurable productivity gains and workflow automation outcomes.
- • Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for client management teams to visualize workflow efficiency, task completion rates, and integration performance.
- • Assist with the functional and technical components of RFPs, ensuring accurate representation of ClickUp’s capabilities in response to enterprise procurement requirements.
- • Maintain updated demo environments and sandbox spaces to reflect the latest product features, AI enhancements, and integration capabilities for sales enablement.
- • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal product teams, translating customer needs into actionable feedback for product development and enhancement.
- • Support enterprise deal cycles by providing on-site technical demonstrations, workshops, and co-working sessions primarily in the Northeastern U.S., with a focus on the Boston market.
- • Stay current on all new ClickUp feature releases, AI updates, and integration capabilities to ensure accurate and compelling client communications.
- • Implement agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, including autonomous agents for multi-step decisioning, task orchestration, and cross-app integrations to solve complex enterprise productivity challenges.
- • Map and diagram business processes to identify inefficiencies and align ClickUp solutions with client objectives using value-based selling methodologies.
- • Leverage hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, and Integromat, along with web services and APIs, to build lightweight custom solutions.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate technical requirements, prioritize client needs, and ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of ClickUp across departments.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that demands strong time management, urgency, and optimism under pressure.
- • Travel periodically for client onsite meetings, enterprise deal support, and team working sessions within the Northeastern U.S., including occasional co-working days with peers in Boston.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, including autonomous agents for task orchestration, multi-step decisioning, and cross-app integrations.
- • 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement.
- • 2+ years of demonstrable success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
- • Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
- • Demonstrated ability in business process mapping, diagramming, and consumption-based or value-based selling.
