- • As a Strategic Sourcing Data Analyst at Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, you will serve as the intelligence engine of the Procurement Shared Services team, turning data into actionable insights that drive cost savings, optimize working capital, and improve operational efficiency in support of Crusoe’s mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through vertically integrated AI infrastructure.
- • You will develop and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs such as cost avoidance, contract cycle times, and payment term compliance; analyze large-scale procurement datasets from Coupa and SAP to identify trends, leakage, and negotiation opportunities; utilize statistical modeling to forecast lead times and market price fluctuations for long-lead equipment; partner with the AI Task Force to implement LLM-based tools for automated bid reviews and contract data extraction; act as a liaison between Technical Power teams and Legal to translate data into business insights for high-value negotiations; oversee data integrity in Jira and Sourcing modules by designing Golden Rules for data entry in Coupa; and support rapid-turnaround ad-hoc analysis on fragmented datasets to meet immediate business needs.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic sourcing analytics, gain hands-on experience with AI-driven procurement automation, master advanced visualization and statistical modeling techniques, and develop stakeholder management skills by influencing executive-level decisions. You will contribute directly to Crusoe’s digital transformation and help shape data governance standards that ensure audit-ready, scalable procurement operations—positioning yourself for growth into senior analytics or procurement leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within supply chain & procurement sectors
- • Proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries to extract data from relational databases
- • Expert-level skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- • Foundational knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning and statistical analysis
- • Familiarity with ERP/sourcing tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP) and project management software (Jira)
- • Ability to calculate complex metrics like Working Capital Impact and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- • Proven ability to present data-heavy findings clearly to non-technical executive stakeholders
