- • The Strategic Support Specialist III serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership in Compassion International’s Church & Influencer (C&I) Fundraising Division, enabling leaders to focus on mission-critical priorities by translating complexity into clarity and managing high-impact operational and communications tasks.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing leadership narratives, talking points, pre-reads, board materials, and executive presentations; translating complex information into clear communications for senior audiences; designing culture-building rhythms and team engagement experiences; providing high-level administrative support such as calendar coordination, action-item tracking, and deadline management; and acting as a liaison for cross-functional projects requiring a division-wide perspective.
- • The role operates within Compassion International’s Church & Influencer team, a mission-driven division focused on fundraising and partnership development, where the individual supports the VP and Sr. Director of Strategy while upholding the organization’s Christian values, cultural behaviors, and commitment to child protection.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced skills in executive communication, change management, strategic operations, and cultural leadership, while gaining deep exposure to nonprofit leadership dynamics and contributing directly to organizational effectiveness and mission advancement.
