📋 Description

• • The Strategic Technical Account Manager GPU role at Vultr is critical to ensuring the success of enterprise and AI-focused customers deploying large-scale GPU workloads on Vultr’s cloud infrastructure, directly impacting customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion in high-growth AI markets.
• • Day to day, the TAM will lead customer onboarding for GPU clusters, advise on architecture and performance tuning, manage technical relationships through regular reviews, drive incident resolution with internal teams, identify expansion opportunities, and provide product feedback based on real-world usage in AI/ML workloads.
