- • As a Strategist, Paid Media at Tinuiti, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for clients by expertly managing and optimizing their paid media campaigns across various digital channels. This position is crucial for ensuring that client business objectives are met through data-driven strategies and flawless execution, directly contributing to the agency's mission of eliminating waste and scaling what works.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of paid media campaign management. This includes the strategic development, setup, and ongoing management of campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), shopping, display, and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat). You will be responsible for detailed account setup, including meticulous keyword development, sophisticated audience segmentation, compelling ad copy creation and rigorous testing, and effective bid and budget management to maximize return on investment. A significant part of your role will involve leveraging reporting and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and analyze test results. You will proactively communicate these findings, along with strategic recommendations and insights, to client stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring transparency and fostering strong client relationships. You will also be tasked with executing and/or overseeing all basic tactical campaign execution and conducting thorough campaign audits to ensure adherence to best practices and client goals. Prioritizing your efforts effectively to focus on the most impactful activities will be key to success. You will meticulously track and report on campaign results, providing comprehensive analysis for weekly client calls, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and end-of-year holistic presentations. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse client personalities, from marketing managers to C-level executives, will be essential for building trust and driving client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will actively support your pod's leadership in new business development efforts, including audits, pitches, and responding to RFPs, contributing directly to the agency's growth.
