📋 Description

• As a Strategy Analyst for the Spark product line at Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, you will drive data-informed decision-making that fuels go-to-market strategy and supports critical investment choices in a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company.
• You will own the financial model for Spark deployments, build demand forecasts with Sales and BD teams, identify cost reduction opportunities, conduct competitive and sector analysis, and create executive-level reporting including board materials and operational BI dashboards.
• Crusoe is a mission-driven AI infrastructure company that owns and operates every layer of the stack—from power to compute—to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence, with a culture built on urgency, intellectual curiosity, and cross-functional expertise in energy, manufacturing, data centers, and cloud services.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial modeling for capex-heavy unit economics, competitive intelligence in AI infrastructure, and executive communication, while contributing to high-stakes scaling decisions that shape the future of AI-ready infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy at a high-growth tech company
• Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills with ability to build dynamic, error-free, audit-ready financial models
• Proficiency with BI tools to create executive-level dashboards from raw deployment data
• Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of capex-heavy unit economics modeling
• Ability to write clear strategic summaries and recommendations for Spark GM and C-suite audiences
• Intellectual curiosity about the full AI stack, including GPU power requirements and power grid economics
