📋 Description

• As a Strategy and Operations Manager in Revenue Operations at Whatnot, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s seller base and partnerships by supporting Sales and Post Sales teams with data-driven insights and operational excellence.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the data team on performance reporting and analysis, leading strategic special projects to drive business growth, building GTM playbooks with the post-sales team, and providing insights to GTM leaders to inform decision-making.
• You will support category teams in measuring initiative success, work closely with GTM launch and central ops to ensure clear operational ownership, and analyze live selling trends and competitive dynamics to shape go-to-market strategy.
• This role demands cross-functional alignment with product and ops teams to ensure GTM initiatives are set up for success, all while operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where bias toward action and outcome-focused thinking are valued.

🎯 Requirements

• Past experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business operations, or analytics at a high-growth startup
• Strong strategic sense with the ability to balance data-driven insights and business instincts
• Exceptionally analytical with skills in SQL and Excel, capable of developing high-level insights while working hands-on with data
