đź“‹ Description
- • As a Strategy & Business Operations Generalist at SentiLink Corporation, you will join a high-impact, fast-growing fintech company that is revolutionizing identity verification in the United States by replacing outdated, costly systems with real-time, AI-powered solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. This role is designed for exceptional generalists who thrive in ambiguity and are eager to own complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly influence the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on the specific function you are aligned with during the hiring process, but you will consistently be expected to take full ownership of high-impact problems from initial scoping through execution and measurement. This includes leading strategic and operational initiatives such as market entry planning, process optimization, or organizational design; owning and analyzing key business metrics to drive insights for leadership; driving product and go-to-market efforts for new identity verification solutions; managing end-to-end product development cycles in collaboration with engineering, design, and sales teams; designing AI-enhanced workflows to improve fraud detection and operational efficiency; and building scalable growth and revenue strategies that support SentiLink’s expansion into new verticals and geographies.
- • You will join a mission-driven team operating across the U.S. and India, with physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram, and Bengaluru. The company embraces a digital-first, hybrid work model, encouraging regular in-office collaboration for those near hubs while supporting fully remote arrangements. SentiLink’s culture is defined by its core values: Follow Through, Deep Understanding, Whatever It Takes, and Do Something Smart — fostering an environment where initiative, intellectual curiosity, and execution excellence are rewarded and expected.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your professional growth by working directly on the company’s most critical challenges alongside senior leaders and world-class investors. You will develop deep expertise in financial services, fraud prevention, and identity infrastructure while honing your ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal guidance. The experience will equip you with rare, transferable skills in strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, product strategy, and operational scaling — positioning you for leadership roles in high-growth tech, fintech, or venture-backed enterprises.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of work experience at a VC-backed startup, management consulting firm, banking institution, or private equity firm, with preference for candidates who have held analytically focused roles; an MBA is considered a plus but not required.
- • Strong analytical and communication skills, with demonstrated comfort navigating ambiguity, rapidly learning new domains, switching contexts effectively, and driving work forward independently without constant oversight.
- • Proven organizational and project management abilities, including experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from conception to completion with limited guidance or predefined processes.
- • Genuine enthusiasm for becoming a subject matter expert in the future of financial services, fraud detection, and identity verification technologies.
- • Exceptional interpersonal and high-level communication skills, including the ability to distill complex technical or strategic concepts into clear, user-friendly presentations for diverse audiences.
- • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, analysis, reporting, and execution across all workstreams.
- • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); working knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a strong plus for data manipulation and analysis tasks.
- • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and physically reside within the U.S. at the time of application and employment.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Employer-paid group health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision for employees and their dependents.
- • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions to support long-term financial security.
- • Flexible paid time off policy allowing employees to take time off as needed for rest, personal matters, or wellness without rigid accrual limits.
- • Regular company-wide in-person events designed to strengthen culture, foster connection, and celebrate milestones across distributed teams.
- • Home office stipend to support the setup and maintenance of productive remote work environments, along with additional perks such as wellness allowances and professional development budgets.
