• • The Strategy Director, Commercial Learning & Development (CL+D) HIV PrEP role at Gilead Sciences is responsible for shaping and driving the end-to-end learning strategy for the HIV Prevention (PrEP) commercial organization, ensuring learning solutions are tightly aligned to brand strategy, launch priorities, and evolving customer and market needs.
• • Day to day, the individual will lead long-range learning and capability strategy across the HIV PrEP product lifecycle, translate brand and field needs into integrated learning plans, partner with cross-functional teams (PS, FAS, NE, FRM, Marketing, Sales, Medical, etc.), champion AI-enabled and digital learning approaches, use data to measure impact, and represent CL+D in governance forums as a senior subject matter expert.
