- • As a Strategy Operations Analyst in Verto's Founder's Associate Scheme, you will act as a strategic operator and internal consultant embedded within core business pillars to identify operational bottlenecks and drive innovation through AI and automation, ensuring Verto remains at the cutting edge of the payments ecosystem.
- • Over 12 months, you will complete three four-month rotations across Commercial, Product, Operations, or Generalist streams, balancing 50% operational excellence (day-to-day function tasks) and 50% strategic projects (using data and experience to identify challenges and implement change).
- • Verto is a mission-driven FinTech founded by British-Nigerian entrepreneurs, democratizing global finance for businesses in Emerging Markets, backed by Y-Combinator, Quona, and MEVP, and recognized as a fast-growing UK tech company.
- • You will develop a 360-degree view of global FinTech operations, build impact from scratch, master complex topics quickly, and gain direct mentorship from leadership while contributing to cross-border payment solutions that empower businesses worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Upcoming graduate (2026) or recent graduate (up to 2 years post-grad) with a 2.1 or above
- • Proven learning agility and growth mindset: ability to master complex topics, processes, or skills quickly and drive projects forward amid uncertainty
- • Builder mindset: evidence of creating impact from scratch (e.g., side hustle, technical project, transformed society, or high-impact internship)
- • Technology nativity: genuine interest in leveraging AI and automation to solve real-world operational challenges
