• • As a Strategy & Operations Associate at Percepta LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of a cutting-edge applied AI company. • • You will be instrumental in translating high-level company objectives into actionable plans and ensuring their effective implementation across various business functions. This role demands a proactive, high-agency individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about the transformative potential of artificial intelligence.
• • A core aspect of your responsibility will involve enabling Percepta's go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This includes meticulously managing and analyzing the sales pipeline, developing compelling sales collateral and assets, and supporting marketing initiatives that effectively communicate the value and impact of Percepta's AI solutions to prospective clients.
• • You will also be deeply involved in nurturing and expanding strategic partnerships. This entails actively managing relationships with key collaborators such as Anthropic, AWS, McKinsey, Nvidia, and other innovative AI startups within the General Catalyst ecosystem, fostering mutual growth and identifying new opportunities for synergy.
• • A significant part of your contribution will be in developing robust financial and value capture frameworks. You will collaborate with customer-facing teams to rigorously quantify the tangible impact of AI deployments, refine pricing strategies to optimize value delivery, and contribute to comprehensive internal financial planning and analysis processes.
• • You will act as a crucial bridge between strategy and execution, working directly with company leadership to translate overarching priorities into concrete, measurable projects. Your focus will be on ensuring these initiatives progress efficiently and effectively, meeting defined milestones and objectives.
• • Furthermore, you will contribute to the smooth running of the company by supporting essential internal operations. This encompasses assisting with recruitment processes, streamlining onboarding for new team members, managing budgets, coordinating legal matters, establishing and maintaining knowledge management systems, and contributing to other foundational operational structures as Percepta scales.
• • This role is characterized by high ownership and accelerated learning. You will be exposed to a wide spectrum of business activities, enabling you to develop a comprehensive understanding of how applied AI transformation is conceptualized, built, and delivered in real-world critical institutions.
• • You will be the inaugural member of the Strategy & Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Operations and collaborating closely with the entire leadership team.
