• • As a Strategy & Operations Manager at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional initiatives that enable scalable global growth by leveraging data-driven insights and process optimization.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting strategic projects through research and analysis, identifying operational inefficiencies, building and maintaining dashboards and KPI reports, conducting market research, preparing leadership materials, collaborating with Product, Finance, and Sales teams, and contributing to special projects like process optimization and M&A integration.
• • You will join the Operations team reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations at Pebl, a company powered by its AI-powered Global Work Platform™ that enables compliant hiring, payroll, and management of employees across 185+ countries, backed by over a decade of global compliance expertise.
