- • Manage day-to-day People & Workplace operational needs including employee onboarding, offboarding, relocations, and visa logistics
- • Coordinate office events and workplace activities to support company culture and employee experience
- • Serve as a reliable operational partner to Finance, People, IT, and Legal teams by managing vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and system support (e.g., CRM)
- • Help scale company infrastructure by establishing new processes for payroll, compliance, and international entity expansion
- • Act as a cross-company project manager for initiatives such as new process rollouts, cross-team implementations, and leadership-requested projects
- • Scope project feasibility, define timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive execution to completion with minimal supervision
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
- • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot operational issues, and deliver timely solutions
- • Maintain rigorous documentation, follow-ups, and deadline tracking to ensure no tasks fall through the cracks
- • Continuously identify and implement improvements to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and increase efficiency
- • Work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with rapidly evolving priorities and high-stakes deliverables
- • Support the company’s rapid growth by building foundational systems that enable scalability across global operations
- • Maintain strong communication with teams across functions to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- • Demonstrate intrinsic bias towards action, taking initiative without waiting for direction
- • Operate with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free outcomes in fast-paced settings
- • Engage with the tech/AI industry context to better support the company’s mission of building civilization-scale AI infrastructure
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, generalist operations or consulting role, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- • Experience implementing or optimizing operational systems, workflows, or automation tools
