- • The Strategy & Ops Manager, UK role is critical to Eucalyptus’s mission of becoming the world’s leading international consumer health platform by driving international expansion across new and existing markets.
- • Day to day, you will own one of three phases of international expansion: evaluating new markets through due diligence (competitive landscape, regulatory, commercial sizing, pharmacy infrastructure), launching new markets end-to-end (from first hire to first patient), or scaling launched markets by owning P&L, running data-driven experiments, and developing local talent.
- • You will join a small, high-ownership international expansion team reporting to the Head of International Expansion, working closely with leaders including the Chief of Staff, Interim GM Canada, and VP of International Expansion, in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your professional growth through high autonomy, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support, while making tangible impact on patient outcomes by scaling evidence-based care across global markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in high-pressure environments such as law, consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or as an Operator in a high-growth startup
- • Proven ability to build commercial models from scratch, make assumptions explicit, and defend them
- • Strong business understanding and due diligence skills to assess market viability, unit economics, and produce structured go/no-go recommendations
- • Demonstrated negotiation experience with partners, suppliers, or pharma companies to advance commercial conversations
- • Project management expertise in running complex cross-functional workstreams with real accountability
- • Excellent communication skills, including writing tight investment theses and clear slide decks
- • Founder mindset: operates with ownership, resilience, and a bias for action when problems arise
