- • Student Advisor at Think Academy US provides expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring students’ needs are met throughout their time at the company, playing a key role in fostering critical thinking and logic skills in K-12 learners through innovative Ed-Tech services.
- • Day to day responsibilities include participating in product training, addressing client inquiries about courses and registration, engaging potential clients via phone, email, and social media, building relationships with parents by understanding academic needs, developing and executing enrollment plans to meet targets, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with academic, marketing, and operations teams for seamless program delivery.
- • Think Academy US is a 100% owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group (NYSE: TAL), a leading education technology company serving over 6 million students weekly across online and offline platforms, dedicated to improving education through love and technology.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience, gain deep expertise in K-12 education products, and grow professionally in a performance-driven environment with clear pathways to full-time exempt status based on performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Teaching or Education is preferred.
- • 1-2 years of prior experience in education, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- • Fluency in both English and Mandarin with strong communication skills to effectively engage parents and students.
- • Enthusiasm for education, empathy toward parents’ needs, and a solution-oriented, responsive mindset.
- • Availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
