- • As a Student Advisor for MiaPrep Online Academy of Ohio, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students in grades 7–11, supporting their academic progress, social-emotional development, and overall success in a fully remote public school setting.
- • You will conduct regular advising meetings, monitor student data to identify early signs of struggle, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with teachers and counselors to ensure continuity of care and timely interventions.
- • You will join a mission-driven, growing online school committed to expanding access to quality education, where your initiative and feedback will directly shape improving advising practices and student support systems as the program scales.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in student advocacy, data-informed intervention, remote student engagement, and collaborative problem-solving while contributing to a supportive, inclusive learning community for Ohio families.
