  • • Learn the daily routines of healthcare and research investigators within Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center through a placement opportunity tailored to departmental needs and resources.

  • • Complete all mandatory training programs required by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center for this position.

  • • Engage in research activities related to pediatric psychology and health behavior change under the supervision of licensed investigators.
  • • Participate in NIH- or foundation-funded research studies, contributing to data collection, documentation, or protocol adherence as assigned.
  • • Maintain availability for weekend and evening hours to support research and clinical operations as needed.
  • • Work remotely with a part-time schedule of 4 hours per week during daytime hours in the United States.
  • • Operate within the Behavioral Med-Clin Psychology department, supporting clinical psychology research initiatives focused on pediatric populations.
  • • Uphold the hospital’s commitment to innovation, dignity, and respect by aligning actions with organizational values and ethical standards.
  • • Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on improving children’s health through science, discovery, and holistic care.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Currently enrolled in an APA-accredited doctoral program in clinical psychology
  • • Training in pediatric psychology and health behavior change
  • • Experience working on NIH- or foundation-funded research studies
  • • Weekend and evening availability
  • • Master’s degree in clinical psychology
  • • Ability to comply with patient confidentiality and institutional policies
