📋 Description
- • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from initial inquiry through to enrolment in postgraduate online degree programs.
- • Own relationships and enrolment targets for assigned university partners, ensuring consistent and high-quality student engagement throughout the enrolment journey.
- • Provide accurate, comprehensive information about programmes, admissions requirements, and the enrolment process to help students make informed decisions.
- • Conduct proactive student outreach via phone and email to nurture leads, encourage progression, and drive conversion to enrolment.
- • Monitor applicant pipelines and independently manage routine follow-up activities to keep students moving efficiently through each stage of the process.
- • Work autonomously within established processes while identifying and recommending practical solutions to routine challenges that impact student progression.
- • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent enrolment experience for students and stakeholders.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date student records and uphold high standards of data integrity and administrative quality in all documentation.
- • Represent the organisation professionally in every student interaction, balancing empathy, accuracy, and pace within a target-driven environment.
- • Contribute to student success and institutional growth by delivering timely, clear, and supportive communication that builds trust and confidence.
- • Meet and exceed enrolment targets and conversion goals for assigned university partners through disciplined outreach, relationship ownership, and consistent follow-through.
- • Ensure student records, communications, and handoffs are meticulously managed to support smooth operations for both students and internal teams.
- • Measure success through performance against enrolment, conversion, and outreach activity targets, as well as the quality and consistency of student engagement.
- • Uphold accuracy in data entry, administrative tasks, and collaboration across teams to sustain an efficient and reliable enrolment pipeline.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, student support, admissions, sales, or a related field involving direct customer engagement.
- • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and guide individuals through important decisions.
- • Detail-oriented and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
- • Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
