- • Lead the daily operations of a diverse creative studio, ensuring seamless collaboration across live, film, digital, learning, and immersive experiences.
- • Create clarity and visibility across work flows from concept to delivery by designing and implementing new workflows, systems, and operating models.
- • Partner with Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors to balance creative needs with commercial priorities, driving operational excellence.
- • Line manage a team of studio/operations managers and promote data-informed resourcing, forecasting, and utilisation.
- • Embed clear briefing, planning, and handoff practices while reducing friction through improved tools, systems, and ways of working.
- • Shape the future of creative capability by integrating AI and emerging technologies into studio practice.
- • Report into the Director of Operations and contribute to scalable, efficient operations as the business grows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience leading studio or creative operations in an integrated agency or similarly complex environment.
- • Understanding of how multidisciplinary creative teams operate across different formats and outputs.
- • Commercial experience, including experience with utilisation, forecasting, and resource planning.
- • Experience designing and implementing new workflows, systems, and operating models—not just improving existing ones.
- • Confidence partnering with senior creative leaders and influencing at leadership level.
