📋 Description

• Create realistic, domain-specific financial tasks in French that reflect local finance practices and regulatory environments
• Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate both AI-generated and human responses for accuracy and professional quality
• Review and score submissions based on alignment with French financial regulations, including central bank guidelines, capital market rules, and tax/zakat frameworks
• Contribute high-quality "gold standard" solutions to benchmark AI performance in language-specific financial contexts
• Ensure all content maintains professional-grade precision in French, with attention to terminology, syntax, and cultural nuance in financial communication
• Translate and localize financial scenarios to match real-world use cases encountered by French-speaking institutions, including banking, auditing, risk assessment, and investment analysis
• Collaborate with Lilt’s AI training team to refine evaluation criteria and improve the linguistic fidelity of financial AI outputs
• Maintain consistency in scoring across multiple submissions to ensure reliable benchmarking data for AI model development
• Provide expert feedback on AI-generated responses to identify gaps in language understanding, regulatory comprehension, and domain-specific accuracy
• Work independently on assigned tasks with no fixed hours, managing your own schedule while meeting deadlines for quality and timeliness
• Engage with a global community of language professionals and subject matter experts contributing to multilingual AI advancement
• Participate in projects that directly influence how AI systems understand and generate financial content in French-speaking regions
• Ensure all deliverables comply with professional standards expected in French financial services, including compliance with EU and French-specific financial reporting norms
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive financial scenarios and proprietary evaluation materials
• Accept tasks only when able to commit a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week, with reliable availability for on-time delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Native proficiency in French with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis)
• Strong knowledge of French financial products, frameworks, and regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks)
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in French with high attention to detail
• Reliable access to a stable internet connection and ability to use digital platforms for task delivery and communication
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099) with no guaranteed hours or benefits
