📋 Description

• As a Subject Matter Expert in Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, you will play a critical role in advancing AI benchmarking by creating and reviewing realistic, high-fidelity scenarios that reflect real-world challenges in production, logistics, procurement, and supply chain environments across manufacturing facilities.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing operational scenarios in English or Spanish (Mexico) grounded in local industrial contexts, adapting evaluation rubrics for engineering and production tasks, reviewing AI and human responses for technical accuracy and safety compliance, and contributing to gold-standard solutions that reflect best practices in manufacturing operations.
• You will collaborate remotely with Lilt Production’s global team of linguists and experts on an innovative AI project focused on improving machine understanding of industrial processes, with direct impact on how AI systems interpret and respond to complex operational queries.
• This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in AI-enabled industrial applications, contribute to cutting-edge language technology, and expand your professional portfolio through diverse, intellectually stimulating projects that bridge domain knowledge and AI innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish (Mexico) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations
• Background in one or more relevant roles such as Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments
