📋 Description

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in German or English grounded in German operational contexts, including financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and compliance reviews
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks within German corporate, legal, financial, and technology environments
• Review AI-generated and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, adherence to professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism in specialized domains such as accounting, legal operations, project management, and enterprise technology
• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that reflect industry best practices across German professional services, legal frameworks, financial reporting, IT governance, and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure AI systems accurately interpret and respond to complex, domain-specific language and workflows unique to German-speaking corporate and regulatory environments
• Collaborate on benchmarking projects that evaluate AI performance in understanding nuanced professional terminology, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures in consulting, technology, and enterprise services
• Apply deep domain expertise in one or more of the following: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Maintain alignment with German business norms, compliance frameworks, and professional service delivery methodologies while creating evaluation content
• Work independently to deliver high-quality, contextually accurate content without micromanagement, using your own schedule and pace as an independent contractor
• Contribute to a global community of language and subject matter experts advancing human-machine communication through accurate, culturally grounded AI training data

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and German business environments
