📋 Description

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Japanese or English grounded in Japanese operational contexts, including financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and compliance reviews
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks within corporate, legal, financial, and technology environments
• Review AI-generated and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, adherence to professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism in Japanese and English
• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that reflect best practices across accounting, auditing, legal operations, project management, software development, technology consulting, and enterprise operations
• Ensure AI systems accurately understand and respond to complex, domain-specific challenges in Japanese corporate, legal, financial, and technology sectors
• Apply deep knowledge of professional service workflows, regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, technical operations, and project delivery methodologies to validate AI performance
• Support benchmarking initiatives that improve multilingual AI language understanding in highly specialized professional domains
• Collaborate with a global community of linguists and subject matter experts to advance human-machine communication through high-quality, industry-validated data
• Work independently on projects that directly impact the development of enterprise-grade AI and language technologies used by global corporations, governments, and AI developers
• Maintain professional standards across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with real-world practices in Japanese business environments
• Contribute to iterative improvements in AI evaluation frameworks by identifying gaps in contextual understanding, terminology accuracy, and procedural realism
• Engage with diverse project types spanning consulting, legal services, accounting, IT management, digital transformation, and enterprise operations
• Deliver high-quality, culturally and contextually accurate content that reflects the nuances of Japanese professional environments while maintaining clarity in English

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Japanese with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and Indian business environments
