📋 Description

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Korean or English grounded in Korean operational contexts, including financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and compliance reviews
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks within Korean corporate, legal, financial, and technology environments
• Review AI-generated and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, adherence to professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism in specialized domains such as accounting, legal operations, project management, and enterprise technology
• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that reflect best practices across Korean professional services, including regulatory compliance, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and business workflows
• Ensure AI systems accurately understand and respond to nuanced, industry-specific language and context in Korean corporate, legal, financial, and technology sectors
• Collaborate with global teams to validate and refine benchmarking datasets used to train and evaluate multilingual AI models for professional and technical domains
• Maintain consistency in terminology, procedural accuracy, and cultural relevance when translating or adapting professional scenarios between Korean and English
• Apply deep domain expertise in one or more of the following: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to improve the quality and realism of AI evaluation benchmarks based on real-world professional workflows
• Work independently to deliver high-quality content on deadline without fixed hours, check-ins, or micromanagement, while maintaining alignment with project guidelines and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Korean with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and Korean business environments
