📋 Description

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Mandarin or English grounded in Chinese operational contexts, including financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and compliance reviews
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks within corporate, legal, financial, and technology environments
• Review AI-generated and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, adherence to professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism in Chinese enterprise settings
• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that reflect best practices across accounting, auditing, legal operations, project management, software development, technology consulting, and enterprise operations
• Ensure AI benchmarking datasets accurately represent the complexities of Chinese professional services, regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and technical workflows
• Collaborate with global teams to validate language-specific nuances in professional terminology, document structures, and industry-specific jargon across English and Mandarin
• Maintain consistency in scenario design across domains such as IT management, legal practice, digital transformation, and enterprise operations to support high-fidelity AI training
• Apply deep domain expertise to identify gaps in AI understanding of context-sensitive professional tasks, including contract interpretation, audit procedures, project timelines, and regulatory reporting
• Participate in iterative feedback loops to refine evaluation criteria based on emerging industry standards and evolving AI performance
• Work independently to deliver high-quality, domain-specific content on a flexible schedule without fixed hours, check-ins, or micromanagement
• Contribute to a global community of linguists and subject matter experts advancing multilingual AI systems used by enterprises, governments, and AI developers worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and Chinese business environments
