📋 Description

• As a Subject Matter Expert for Professional, Scientific & Technical Services, you will design and review realistic, high-quality scenarios in English or Spanish (Mexico) that reflect operational, technical, analytical, legal, financial, and project management challenges across consulting, technology, professional services, and enterprise operations, directly supporting the development of AI systems that understand specialized industry contexts.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating scenario-based evaluations grounded in real-world workflows such as financial audits, software development, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and compliance reviews; adapting rubrics for analytical reasoning and decision-making tasks; and reviewing AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, technical quality, and professional standards.
• You will join Lilt Production, a global leader in AI-powered language technology, working remotely as an independent contractor on a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project that aims to improve how machines understand and respond in professional, technical, and regulated environments.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI evaluation, contribute to gold-standard datasets used to train and test enterprise AI systems, expand your cross-industry knowledge across legal, financial, accounting, and technology domains, and sharpen your ability to assess language and reasoning in high-stakes professional contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Spanish (Mexico) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and Indian business environments
