• • As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Protein Based Therapy at Lonza Group Ltd., you will be the cornerstone of our technical expertise, driving both customer success and commercial growth within our advanced bioprocessing portfolio.
• • This pivotal role demands a deep scientific, product, and process understanding, which you will leverage throughout the entire sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to our valued customers and internal teams.
• • You will be instrumental in translating intricate technical challenges into robust, scalable, and compliant solutions, thereby accelerating the development and commercialization of life-saving protein-based therapies.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical strategy for complex sales opportunities, working in close collaboration with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to enhance win rates and proactively mitigate technical and regulatory risks.
• • You will serve as the definitive technical authority during customer engagements, which will include leading insightful workshops, conducting detailed troubleshooting sessions, performing compelling product demonstrations, and overseeing successful proof-of-concept projects.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve prioritizing technical support activities, strategically aligning them with revenue potential, overall strategic importance, and identified risks to ensure maximum impact.
• • You will be responsible for delivering advanced technical and application training, equipping our internal sales teams, distributors, and key customers with the knowledge they need to excel.
• • Furthermore, you will actively coach and mentor our commercial teams, imparting crucial knowledge on technical positioning, application differentiation strategies, and effective objection handling techniques.
