📋 Description

• • As a Success Team Member at That1Detailer LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s human resources and people operations functions, directly contributing to talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-growing remote-first environment. Your work ensures that HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with both company goals and Philippine labor standards, helping to build a stable, engaged, and high-performing team.
• • On a day-to-day basis, you will write and publish compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates, source talent through various channels including job boards and social platforms, conduct structured interviews to assess candidate fit, and coordinate skills assessments and background checks as part of a rigorous recruitment process.
• • You will manage the full onboarding journey for new hires, preparing documentation, setting up system access, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a welcoming experience, while also supporting offboarding procedures including exit interviews, final pay processing, and knowledge transfer to maintain continuity.
• • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, contracts, performance documents, and compliance trackers, ensuring all information is securely stored, easily accessible, and audit-ready in shared drives and HR systems.
• • You will assist in payroll coordination by tracking timekeeping data, monitoring attendance, supporting allowance processing, and liaising with finance or operations to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement in accordance with company policy and Philippine labor regulations.
• • You will draft, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), HR policies, and internal guidelines, while also maintaining issue logs and tracking resolution to promote consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across people operations.
• • You will support performance management cycles by helping prepare review materials, tracking completion rates, gathering feedback, and assisting with engagement initiatives such as surveys, recognition programs, and team communication efforts to boost morale and retention.
• • You will generate regular reports for leadership on key HR metrics including recruitment funnel performance, time-to-hire, attrition rates, role pipelines, and workforce demographics, providing insights that inform strategic hiring and retention decisions.
• • You will ensure all HR activities comply with internal company standards and Philippine labor laws, including proper documentation of contracts, benefits, working hours, and leave entitlements, helping mitigate risk and uphold ethical employment practices.
• • You will collaborate closely with the Operations and Success teams to align hiring plans with business needs, support retention strategies, and contribute to team performance initiatives, acting as a bridge between people functions and operational goals.
