Summer HR Intern – Rippling HRIS Implementation

📋 Description

• • This Summer HR Intern role at Cohere Inc. supports the implementation of the Rippling HRIS system, a critical initiative to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance employee experience across the organization.
• • Day to day, the intern will assist in auditing and cleaning HR data, structuring and documenting HR workflows for Rippling, collaborating with HR and IT teams to resolve data discrepancies, and supporting system testing and validation post-implementation.
